Preliminary End of Year Tournament Info for Under-15 Girls in Owen Sound Aug 16-17

End of Year Tournament that will be held in Owen Sound on Saturday August 16th and Sunday August 17th. 

Tier 1

• The 4 Tier 1 teams will play a round robin with 2 games on Saturday followed by the 3rd round robin game Sunday. The top 2 teams will play in the final and the next 2 teams will play for 3rd place on Sunday.
• Each team will have 2 games on Saturday and 2 games on Sunday.
• There will be medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. 

Tier 2 

• For tier 2, with 11 teams we will have the 1st place team have a bye and the remaining teams play off  against each other to move to either the championship side or the consolation side.
• Each team will play a minimum of 2 games. 
• The seedings will be based on regular season standings. If there is a discrepancy in games played due to odd number of teams/inability to reschedule games, we will use win % to confirm placement as outlined in the Lakehore manual. 
• The games will be 30-minute halves and the most games a team may play in a day will be 3. 
• There will be a winner after each game as if it is tied it will go directly to a penalty shootout.  

Players must be on the field end the end of game to take the penalty kicks.

• There will medals for Champion Winners, Runners Up and Consolation Side Winners.
